LICENCE & CONTRACTS

Licensed by the OEB under the Energy Consumer Protection Act, 2010 (ECPA), regulations and codes. Contracts specify electricity prices, terms and fees. We neither operate transmission/distribution systems, read meters nor control delivery, reliability, outages or restoration; your distributor provides these services.

PRICING

Contract prices can differ from OEB-regulated prices and may be higher or lower throughout the term. Savings are not guaranteed. Distributor bills may include both companies’ charges.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

The ECPA provides written contracts, a penalty-free 10-day cooling-off period starting upon receipt, cancellation where required disclosures are missing, and marketing/contracting rules.

SALES & PRIVACY

We follow ECPA, Ontario and OEB requirements. Representatives identify themselves and Energy Canada, communicate accurately without misleading, and follow consumer protections. Information is handled under applicable privacy laws; see Privacy Policy.
